One of the problem M$ is creating after Win2000 and Win Me were released,
that they started shipping different versions of msvcrt.dll with different
export
symbols on different Windows platforms. It is one those nasty and dirty
tricks M$
play to force the end-users
upgrade and give out dollars to them. It is unfortunate, but it create a
nightmare
for developers.

I will e-mail you the correct DLLs by a separate e-mail. You will need to
rename you
current dlls in windows\system32 directory to something else and install the
one
I will send.
