Add another discovery:

When I tried Prompter.bat, it showed "mscrit.dll is linking to a missing
msvcrt.dll file", and ended
with permission denied.

I have checked on my computer that msvcrt.dll is in window/system folder,
and the system files are practically intact since I got my computer last
Thursday.

Where does mscirt.dll link to?
