The problem: The stepper button does not work. Here is an example for reproduction:
1) Start dx: > dx & 2) Click on "Import Data..."-Button 3) In the Data-Prompter-Window, click on the Button "Grid or Scattered file" 4) There is a stepper button "Number of variables" with the initial value 1. If I click on the stepper button (on its arrow-left or on its arrow-right), the number is not incremented. Instead, there are the numbers 288 and 353. Why? I think this is a bug. My System: Linux kernel 2.2.16-SMP (SuSE-Linux 7.0) My Software: Open Visualization Data Prompter Version: 4.1.0 Dated: Jul 29 2000 I saw this problem at first in the Tutorial II: "Editing and Creating Visual Programs", Chapter 3.3 "Importing Data", Example 2 on page 26.
