You're both right. (:-) You should be able to hit either arrow to inc/dec by the delta for that interactor (which is more convenient when it works). As an alternative, you can click the displayed number, enter any value in the range (bypassing the delta in case it didn't get you the number you wanted) and hit Enter. I think it's still a bug in your particular installation but I can't tell you what the fix might be.
