[opendx-users] Windows installer version

Hi, 
I have just tried to install the windows installer version of DX on my win
98 PC and get the message 
'This installation package cannot be installed by the Windows Installer 
service. You must install a Windows service pack with a newer version of 
Windows Installer service' 
Bright ideas anyone?
