Glad to be able to help.  I can't help with Cygwin though.  I suggest you
download X-Win32, which I am using.  It is easier to set up and run than the
Cygwin X server.  I am using the demo version, which is good for 2 hours at
a time.  Apparently OpenDX users can buy it for $195.
