[opendx-users] Error During Initialization

Update.

I have uninstalled OpenDx 4.1.3 Windows and installed OpenDx 4.2
Windows(Installed in the default folder C:/Program Files/OpenDx).  I have
used the startxwin.bat which sets the Display environmental variable to 0.0
and the program is still acting the same way.  Everything starts and works
except the actual visualization,  the execute menu options are not active
and I get the same screen about "Connection to server localhost has been
queued" and the message window says |"Error during Initialization".
