[opendx-general] Cygwin+opendx

Hi,   I have some problems with my installation.   I installed cygwin1.3.17. I installed  also opengl, lesstif, I downloaded opendx-4.1.3-cygwin. I untared it. when i run dx it was:exec: ....dxworker not found i checked this mailing list I downloaded tcsh again: dx and the same message i run dxworker with: tcsh /usr/local/dx/bin then i saw that in fact it couldn't find /usr/lpp/dx/bin_cygwin/startupui but i had no lpp dir.The tar didnt create an lpp dir.(Maybe i havent installed something?)   Next i created an lpp dir and copied the usr/local/dx to lpp/dx. Run dx and again the same message Run tcsh dxworker and i got:startupui:permission denied I changed the permissions to all files in usr/lpp/dx/bin_cygwin to 755 i run tcsh dxworker and i got the message GYCXPM-X4.DLL not found I checked the list again and downloader xpm-nox-4.1.0-1 run tcsh again and got the message:error cant open display unix:0 i started X manually and run tcsh dxworker from a terminal on X The Open dx opening screen came along as well as the menu (run, edit, tutorial, etc) but when i selected run, edit or tutorial i got an error message: unable to connect to dxexec(for example) _dxl_ReadPortNumber:Bad file descriptor timeout waiting for response from DX exec:usr/lpp/dx/bin/dxworker not found   The dx command continued to produce the same message:exec: .../dxworker not found Could you please help me? My suspicion is that i havent install something that creates a lpp dir. My paths are ok.In fact i have put almost everything in usr/ as a path   Konstantinos Theofilis
