I am an occasional Mac user (iBook) and an even less frequent openDx
user, but I have successfully run the program (installed from the VIS
CD) on the Mac under OSX 10.1 and 10.2. The main problem I had was that
the image menu was not available in renderings. I think the images might
not have scaled with the window, too. This problem disappeared, but I
can't remember what I did. It then reappeared after I reinstalled under
10.2. I have colleagues in NYC that are happily running it on a titanium
Powerbook and, at last check, 10.1.

PS: There were some differences in that code that ran one way on Linux
produced different and unacceptable renderings on the Mac. Large solid
spheres at a data point on Linux appeared as constellations of small
spheres around the data point on the Mac. This, though, was likely to my
inept coding.
