We want the government to use OSS in their systems and in education. Please anyone tell me what does it mean to have a capital for Open Source software! It doesn't make any sense to me.
@AMahdy, Producing OSS doesn't mean we will reinvent the wheel. It only means that we will be using current systems to enhance and build bigger systems upon them.
