we are at cross-purposes with our terms - the whole raison d'etre of the 
openEHR EHR model is to state the semantics of shareable EHRs. How 
anyone implements their own EHR system is their business, and the 
standard says nothing about that. Clearly all software written to the 
shareable EHR standard has to understand what it is in order to be able 
to do anything..
