Just take care to use FEEDER_AUDIT for ids generated in external 
systems, rather than assigned within the openEHR system, including by 
users of apps talking directly to the openEHR system. If we don't stick 
to the rules, software architects won't write software that does the 
right thing. If we want to change the rules, that is possible as well, 
but it needs to be documented within the RM.
