I think it should be commented to OpenERP, SA next community days Another real situation could be for instance: 60 users, where there is 3 managers wanting to see everything, 5 using accounting/invoicing, 2 only logistics, 12 salesman and the rest, manufacturing operators that will only use 3 screens to register hours dedicated to an order/project so... they would be using only HR screens.
