[7.0] Storage Media no longer available

Bug description:
Using Dec26 src code of OE7.0 on debian.
You are no longer able to configure documents to be stored on Storage
Media (not database).
I was using the last nightly build available and it still allows users
to define storage media (Knowledge>Configuration>Document Management).
In the new versions you are only allowed to store documents on the
database itself.
