That is not what was said before. There are posts from you on the forums stating that everyone would be able to upgrade from 2.2 to 2.3 with a simple "conary updateall". If not, this is the second time in as many years (possibly third, depending on whether or not you installed 2.1b1) that those of us loyal to the project will have to abandon their systems after having installed stable versions of the software.
