Giang, You have to keep in mind that now using SDN/Openflow you have to implement the handover. So, the main goals that you have to achieve are: (i) the controller needs to know where the wireless client is, so he can (ii) add flows dynamically depending on the client's position (e.g. add a flow if the client is in the AP1 or add another if the client roams to AP2)
For the (i) you can try with SNMP between the APs and the controller and for the (ii) you can do it using the Static Flow Pusher (floodlight module) I hope this helps.
