To Dr. Sam Heard and whoever may wish to reply:

1. Could you please enlighten me (and the list) what the relationship of 
the HL7 3.0 RIM will be to the GEHR archetypes (or if there is any at all)?

2. Is the RIM already final or is still evolving?

Here are some of my observations with installing the projects:

1. FreeMed: easy to install if you already have PHP and MySQL installed 
(requires Apache to be compiled with PHP)

2. Tk_familypractice: it installed (more or less by itself --  I am 
impressed!), but I encountered errors midway in using it. I believe this 
could be a mistake on my side. Will re-install.

3. Circare: having trouble getting all the prerequisites...
4. Telemed: same here...
(results are not final yet people....)


There may be value in having one central resource where all the projects 
and future projects can download the needed components to develop and run 
open source applications for health....
