This quote came out of the _Broken Records_ section. I think it,
and the paragraph before it IS THE PROBLEM. :) People continue
to 'chip away' at it. These companies that operate in basic
isolation won't get the job done. It is going to take a
collaborative effort, like what OSHCA can perform to get various
systems speaking to each other. But then, you al knew that. <VBG>
