Hello Wayne, I didn't realize that SAP DB was open-source! Yikes, it seems that a person can have industrial-strength databases with Firebird, SAP DB and GT.M available for the download. I guess that SAP's statement that they consider database technology to be part of the underlying infrastructure is more of a industry trend then I would have thought.
The Mozilla port is getting better and better every day. I installed a recent build and I was very impressed with its speed of page rendering. SAP's FAQ to the contrary but I am sure that SAP wanted to cut down on their development and maintenance costs for DB engine. :) Todd Smith <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> From: Wayne Wilson [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] >Yes, I recently bumped into that project.
