The Grauniad writes about the first tentative use of open source software in UK Government For non-English people, the Guardian is noted for misprints, hence the nickname; it is regarded as a liberal left wing quality newspaper in the UK (where we don't find anything strange about such a string of words) it is very heavily in favour of such oddities as socialised medicine, and therefore its NHS coverage is pretty good. The Independent is better (my opinion) and carried an article on the rise of Linux on the server a little while ago. Now if the Torygraph and the (London) Times follow suit, the quality broadsheets will all have twigged.
