The Greek part of the European Commission PICNIC project produced an Open
Source component intended for regional health care which used Jabber for
clinical communication.

It should be indexed in the EUSpirit database which Minoru maintain at
www.euspirit.org

It was presented at the Paris meeting, and seemed interesting, though I
didn't have a use for it myself.
