>From what I see from all the projects, no one seems to be giving
strong options except for OSCAR and OpenMRS, most of the solutions
seem to be talking about it but nothing actually operational.

What happens in the field is that due to lack of computer skills as
well as doctors, the Mobile solution is the best option, both can be
explored, the smart browser access is just like accessing a computer
but with a minimal interface and again requires a considerable amount
of skilled handling. The SMS option is also viable to offer lesser
amount of skill and alot of healthworkers know how to navigate an
English language enabled interface.

Have a look at the website for MoCa: www.mocamobile.org a solution
that combines MOCA and OpenMRS as a very good option. It uses the
Android api over a T-Mobile but the problem is I can't seem to find
the code nor a single T-Mobile in Pakistan.

One thing is to use such solutions in our 500 telehealth centre
franchise plan as we are going the open source route and I am going to
include the OSCAR option for testing as well and the second is to
promote through OSHCA a more closer look into available and future
options and find means to strengthen such projects.
