It's consistent with 2.14.1 running on MontaVista CGE 5.1 as a custom
built RPM.  We probably need to update the tracker info accordingly.

It looks to be consistent with any sub-FRU on the system.  I've done it
with several differing AMCs- fiber, disk, etc.  I've also done it with
my fan trays on a ShMM-500 based shelf (not in the mix right at the
moment...) from Schroff.

No, but I can try to set that up here in a bit.  I'm on a release cycle on
something related to this issue, so it might be a day (or three) before
I can set things up properly and set the Schroff shelf back up.
