Jokes aside :), it does matter.  The standard BSD license has something 
called the "advertising clause" and it is rather onerous.  The 
"modified" BSD removes that advertising clause.  IIRC, the FreeBSD 
license is like the modified BSD.

However, Bryan's response was the correct one.  Why don't you look for 
yourself?
