First, I am not an attorney so I cannot answer your questions.  You have
the copyright file (or can get a copy), so you will have to make your
own determination of compatibility, or consult an attorney.

Second, OpenHPI has many authors who have contributed to the code over
the years.  The license cannot be changed without the agreement of each
and every author.  You are welcome to try to contact everyone, but I
don't believe that will be possible.

Last, if you intend to continue this conversation with the OpenHPI group
on the openhpi-devel mailing list, please join the list.  Posts from
non-members are moderated to avoid spam.
