Hi !

Using the openhpi snmp subagent (v2.3.4) in conjunction with
net-snmp-5.7.1. and the openhpi daemon 3.0.0. I'm finding that when
the active event log table reaches a certain level (around 1500 -2000
entries) the subagent halts and no longer functions. This may seem to
be a lot of events but I am artificially inducing them for testing
purposes (they are mainly threshold sensor events). Was wondering if
it is normal for the active event log tables to accumulate entries in
this manner since when the event goes away (e.g. the sensor reading
goes back to normal) I'd expect that event to no longer be active. Is
there something I should be doing to clear the entries from the log
table when they are no longer active ? Or some other setting that has
been overlooked

regards
kevin
