The API is saHpiSensorReadingGet().
The raw value is in 0-255 range.
The converted value is calculated according to
formula defined in the IPMI spec:
y = func( (Mx + (B * 10^K1 ) ) * 10^K2 )
where x is raw and y is converted values.
