But John, where are the documents being voted on? As the board has
not received a full copy of them, I do not understand how the
membership would have either. Additionally, why would we ask the
membership to vote on this change when the full board hasn't yet seen
it?

is its stewardship of intellectual property; maintaining and
protecting OpenID technical protocols as they evolve. We are
asking the community to vote on a revision to our IPR policy which
provides information regarding companies who are parts of larger
holding companies or other legal entities (aka "Bound Entities").
