OpenMeeting: Planned Meeting results in multiple email alerts...
1.) Logged in as Admin
2.) Plan A Meeting
3.) Scheduled a meeting for day and time
4.) At Day and time, received about 6 email alerts of a planned meeting
Instead of receiving multiple alerts for the planned meetings, 1 email
alert should be fine.
