This is usually because of Openoffice headless working issue. Have
configured openoffice properly and it is working?

because the system is including it and if you include names of
the apps
you take an error saying that ".../..../ffmpeg/ffmpeg not

thing. You can check the problem from the logs and given error

these tools. If you don't know what they are, you can type the
following in a console window:
$ which <app>
where <app> is the name of the executable. Imagemagick is
"convert",
sox is "sox", and ffmpeg is "ffmpeg". On my Ubuntu 10.04
machine, the
paths are /usr/bin/convert, /usr/bin/sox, and
/usr/bin/ffmpeg. That is
probably the case on yours, too, but it wouldn't hurt to
check in case
you have custom packages installed. For swftools, that is

applications, so you may just need to set the path, but
not the app
also. It's probably /usr/bin.

base path?

*and etc.. They all should be filled.
