Try adusting the modem call volume while on call. Open a port with mickeyterm or something and do a AT+CLVL=255 while on the call and see if the volume increases. Otherwise your headset should have a volume control as well - I used to see some AT command on the RFCOMM control channel when I pressed the volume button. But I'm not sure if it works with our software though. Maybe we have some mixer control for that?
