I'm just starting out with LPC1769 (same as the '68, but 120 MHz),
I've cobbled a toolchain (including gcc, newlib and openocd) and I'm
starting to build my drivers and application.

The biggest hurdle was setting up the startup code and the linker
script, so maybe my code can help you there...

The framework and toolchain is pretty generic and will should work for
you as well, it's in git here:
