A clarification about the rules while the merge window is closed:
Gerrit is open for new reviews at all times and we can even approve(+2),
but we can not submit reviews to the master branch while the merge window
is closed.
Jean-Christophe will announce when the merge window is open again at which
point we can again submit to the master branch what's in Gerrit and
approved(+2).
If there are patches in Gerrit review that are ready to be submitted to the
master branch, then you should vote *now* to have a chance that they are
submitted before Friday.
