Hi Brian. Just a thought... Did you remember a pull-up resistor on the ~RESET pin ? Also... try double-checking connections:
10K Pull-up on the following pins: ~TRST, TDI, TMS, TDO, ~RESET 10K Pull-down on these: TCK, RTCK, (optionally on DBGRQ, DBGACK) Usually, when you get a message "all zeros", it means no power on the target. I usually get "all ones", when there's power on the target and there is some other error (such as missing pull-up on ~RESET). If the above does not help, please also let us know which platform you are running OpenOCD on. I also recommend you to upgrade to a more recent version; the one you're using is a couple of years old: At least get v0.7.0...
