I've tried to read up on the documentation and the code of reset_config. I feel that I should be able to tell what it does and why by know without resorting to the documentation. It's only four knobs afterall. > You must be *trying* to make it sound complex. There is > no "negotiation" involved at all. I'd like to see a reset_config that simply *sets* the reset config state and doesn't *manipulate* them. I'm signing off on this discussion and I won't be committing anything. I have to spend the time elsewhere even if I feel that this is a messy and confusing aspect of OpenOCD. -- Øyvind Harboe Embedded software and hardware consulting services http://www.zylin.com _______________________________________________ Openocd-development mailing list [email protected] https://lists.berlios.de/mailman/listinfo/openocd-development
