Hi all, Now that Bryan put some new life into the mailing list, I thought I'd take the opportunity and put some of my thoughts on here.
I got approached by someone on Twitter yesterday. He quickly found out I am involved with open source. He asked me if I knew any companies (obviously in the Netherlands where I live) that apply the Open Organization principles. After exchanging some DM's, it turns out he just started reading the book. And it must resonate with him, as he actually considers moving jobs to an open organization style company. So... do any of you ever get such questions? I'll probably check my local network for any hints on companies that actually resemble an open org. But it did make me think, if a list of organizations could be a nice resource to have. We have Red Hat here in Amsterdam, but he specifically asked for a small company. I'm thinking startups could be an area to look for. Any feedback, tips, thoughts are welcome.
