This is really interesting, Sandra. I see open organization
characteristics speckled throughout some of the "tick boxes" in each
category. For example:

* "open salaries"
* "open financials"
* "open communication"
* "flat hirarchy"
* "learning budget"
* "asynchronous communication"
* "changing a community"

I wonder what a slightly re-designed, more squarely "OpenOrg" checklist
might look like. Neat resource here.
