Not sure how to put this into a short question but something like "how do you
balance accountability with meritocracy?"
Or something to say just because some people are at the top of the meritocracy,
doesn't mean they are automatically accountable to everyone for everything, so
to speak.
Similar to the prior question of hey - i'd like to lead/drive this thing", or
how to use accountability to foster both leadership and meritocracy...
