great point. I wonder if it warrants its own question 'How do you present
accountability in a positive light?" or "Is accountability something to fear?"
etc to help tease it out during the chat.

I love the topic. It's been on my mind a lot since hearing this podcast
recently:
http://peterbregman.com/podcast/craig-hickman-and-marcus-nicolls-fix-it/#.V9bLTZSApIs

The key question for me is around focusing on the positive aspect of
accountability rather than thinking of it in a negative light. Rather than
saying, "I'm accountable if something goes wrong", saying "I want to take
ownership for moving this project forward"

Working on an article on this theme at the moment. We could tease this out of
your first question on what is accountability

Not sure how to put this into a short question but something like "how do you
balance accountability with meritocracy?"
Or something to say just because some people are at the top of the meritocracy,
doesn't mean they are automatically accountable to everyone for everything, so
to speak.
Similar to the prior question of hey - i'd like to lead/drive this thing", or
how to use accountability to foster both leadership and meritocracy...

Nice one. I also appended "or remote teams" to the end of that one :)
