I love the topic. It's been on my mind a lot since hearing this podcast

The key question for me is around focusing on the positive aspect of
accountability rather than thinking of it in a negative light. Rather than
saying, "I'm accountable if something goes wrong", saying "I want to take
ownership for moving this project forward"

Working on an article on this theme at the moment. We could tease this out
of your first question on what is accountability
