Hello, Open Org Community! I am pretty excited and wanted to make a brief announcement on my newest project to you all. Feel free to pass it along as you see fit. I'm looking forward to sharing updates with you all, and through my articles, as we take the first official group through Pivot starting in July!
<<<<<>>>>> Two years ago I tested a new methodology for change and found great success. I didn't move it forward as a program, because about the same time the pilot group finished, I discovered Open and began to dig in and marinate in all it has to offer. I'm SUPER convinced that the principles of openness change the world. Period. :) Now, I'm launching a new program for managers and leaders to combine both the method for change and implementing the principles of openness. *I believe that the principles of openness, when combined with change readiness, allow us to unlock trapped value in people. *Taking new managers and experienced leaders through a revolutionary change blueprint, they become on-purpose leaders in and out of the workplace. Leading in the 21st Century requires changing the way that you think, it requires new mindsets, and new leadership methods to succeed and sustain. And, it requires understanding the four generations in the workplace, how to work with those individuals, and how to create an environment for them to do their best work. *That is where the principles of Open come in to create the operational frameworks for managers and leaders.* You can take a look at the general course outline here, if you're curious. >>> http://bit.ly/2qAQNEk Jen *Jen Kelchner | Founder & CEO* *We break down cross-generational barriers to create an innovative workforce* *that is engaged, passionate, invested in your success, and running on-purpose;* *all with the principles of Open.* M: +1 (615) 663-0524 | O: +1 (470) 485-3721 | Schedule a Meeting <https://ldr21.drift.com/jen> Twitter <http://twitter.com/jenkelchner>| LinkedIn <http://linkedin.com/in/jenniferkelchner> | Media <http://ldr21.com/media>
