Brook, Great article. I think it would be helpful if everyone in our group read it, although I think Bryan is following a lot of those suggestions now. The terms *"launching"*, *"skills mapping" and "human capital interdependence" *are new terms for me, and I found those concepts very helpful.
In our meetings, I have avoided talking about other projects I'm involved in, as I don't want to waste everyone's time, but maybe I should, so everyone will get a feeling of where our project sits among them.
