Hi folks,

As 2019 ramps up, Robin Muilwijk's term as an Open Organization
Ambassador is winding down.

And what a special term it's been. Robin was a member of the inaugural
ambassador cohort in 2015—one of four incredible people who helped us
get this whole thing started nearly four years ago.

As an expert in community building and management, Robin provided
invaluable insight into the formation of the Open Organization
Ambassadors, the community's founding charter, and its governing
architecture.[1] Long-time readers will remember that Robin helped
coordinate and lead the global Open Organization Book Club we launched
in late 2015.[2][3] He attended the first in-person ambassadors planning
and strategy meeting in Raleigh in 2016, and advocated for open
principles in the organization by cleverly slipping books and companion
volumes into eager hands at various companies. He was particularly
interested in the ways "accountability" functions in open organizations
when communities are part of a group's decision making.[4]

Robin's impacts on our group, its work, and its successes are
undeniable. As he drifts into the sunset in search of his next great
adventure, I hope you'll join me in wishing him all the best.

Thanks, Robin!

Sincerely,
Bryan
