I cleaned up some old versions on soft-switch.org and went away for a

The latest snapshots of spandsp are a much better option than 0.0.3pre5. 
T.38 actually kinda works with the latest snapshots. I think there is no 
point is reinstating 0.0.3pre5, as it is rather out of date. I will, 
however, make a suitable version available at soft-switch.org shortly.
