Just to jump on the Bandwagon here : I'm running Openpbx.org (svn 1555) at home. I replaced an existing Asterisk at home install because I wanted to add things the gui didn't support, and I'd been following the openpbx.org project for a while.
I have a TDM400P with 4 analog phones, a (clone) X100p for PSTN connectivity, a Cisco 7960 and a couple of SIP softphones. My dialplan is pretty simple right now, basically the extensions above, voicemail and a couple of IAX2 trunks for incoming DIDs and outbound calling when the PSTN line is in use. Everything is tested by my kids who are probably heavier phone users than I will ever be :-) So far, no real problems, apart from dumping the AMP dialplan and starting over so I know what it's doing. Yes, we are still here, help us spread the word, give us a try, blog your experience. -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by Lukins & Annis, P.S.
