How do the University of Washington's licensing terms for the 'pine'
email client agree with the OpenPKG mission? I know there are several
specifications for commercial software in the repository, but this isn't
quite the same as the UW policy on distributing patches.

If the licensing terms are compatible, I have a 'pine' package that I
would like to contribute.
