Well, since it is the only package we need that you don't have, I'll put in a request 
for Wietse's TCP Wrapper
(ftp://ftp.porcupine.org/pub/security/index.html). Since Wietse has not upgraded the 
package since 1997 (except for
Casper Dik's later IPV6 version), I believe that some of the patches in RH9's 
tcp_wrappers-7.6-34 package may be needed
because they implement a security fix.
