Hi Jeremy, Thanks for the Eventbrite suggestion. I recall using this for various things, it looks good, but is not quite what I want. I think the poll with this question there is a better system, rather than requiring people to manually type the information. I think we should start proposing presentations to give some idea of what is likely to occur at the event (apart from beer drinking.)
