Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for the Eventbrite suggestion. I recall using this for various
things, it looks good, but is not quite what I want.

I like the look of the Google documents poll Olof put together a
little more, so for now we should use that to get an indication from
people when they're likely to turn up.

I think the poll with this question there is a better system, rather
than requiring people to manually type the information.

I think we should start proposing presentations to give some idea of
what is likely to occur at the event (apart from beer drinking.) I've
set out some things I'd like to present and discuss at the meeting on
the discussion page of the event on the wiki:

Please feel free to throw up whatever you like there, but I think you
should make clear what it is you'll talk about and how long you'd want
to do it.

I haven't checked if they're scheduled, but I'm likely to get the
Friday evening one over out of Stansted on good 'ol Ryan Air.
