I'm not against this idea, but currently it seems like most of the
active developers are based in Scandinavia and I think we'd get the
most participation there.

Next time it would certainly be a good thing to branch out, but I'd
still like to maximise participation of the active development
community.

Yes, I agree, so I think running it with a late start on Saturday and
something earlier Sunday is a good idea.
