Hi

I was looking at the mailing list archive and saw a question about
mod_perl and mod_ssl support.

AFAIK mod_perl has to be built into the Apache executable, so mod_perl
may well prove an uphill struggle. The other snag with mod_perl is that
ActiveState perl uses a different embed module, and so it may
necessitate rewriting chunks of mod_perl. However, it's an appealing
idea so if I'd be interested in anyone else is interested in exploring
this with me.

Whilst I'm here, just a couple of other things:

1. Congrats to the OpenSA devlopers - this good already and it's in
early beta! It's rare for Unix ports to work out of the box on Windows
but this one does!

2. opensa.org seems slow on this side of the pond. Would a mirror be
appreciated? I can certainly keep the binaries and sources on the ECS
server here, and if I ask cslman nicely it may be possible to get the
whole site automagically mirrored.

Cheers,

Luke
